How to get back £100 credit on latest TW bill

in Water bills
We have just had our latest 6 month bill with Thames Water and we are £100 in credit. One of our children has left the family home and this has resulted in our metered water usage reducing. TW has offered to pay this back over 12 months with a reduced DD. We would prefer to get a refund of the £100 immediately. Is this possible?
