Amex DD not taken

Mine was paid yesterday, shows as credited to Amex, but no transaction showing on my Monzo, from which it's paid.

My 'available credit' suggests they've received the payment if that's what you're suggesting?

As far as my AMEX online account is concerned, everything is as should be, payment was taken and received and my balance shows correct.  It's just that the funds haven't actually left my current account which is puzzling, especially as it's been 8 days, although 3 of them were bank holidays.

I'm sure it will sort itself out, it's just I've had an AMEX for many years and this is a first for me.

My DD was finally taken this morning, so my money is all now where it should be.

My current account didn't show it as pending or reduce my available balance at any point

My Amex account ALWAYS shows that it has rec'd payment a day or two before it leaves my current account. However I can't comment on this particular occasion as I didn't spend anything on it last month!

Same here, credit on Amex on 2nd Jan, debited on My account today. Happens like that on bank holidays as well!
