I am so pleased you have found a way forward and really hope you find an even better house than the last one @js17aek .And that’s also such good news there are lenders that will still give a mortgage with the markers as I genuinely thought once a marker for fraud was reported that every lender would decline.
Fingers crossed for you!0 -
Just checking how you got on with removing your marker from CIFAS/National Hunter, etc? And also if you had success with alternative lenders? I am in the same position where I've had mortgage declined after it was offered and currently waiting for my DSAR report to be sent out to me.js17aek said:
I have talked to some lenders who don't bother about fraud marker. There are lenders who can accept application with fraud marker if they are fully satisfied with areas such as affordability, employment and deposit. I am going to make another application with different lender. I have already lost the house. I am searching for a property now. I have also written to Nationwide to know the reason for the marker.Riva69 said:js17aek and just seeing how you are getting on?0 -
Luckily I have recently applied for a mortgage with a different lender, secured a mortgage and finally got on the property ladder. As ACG advised on this thread, I applied with a little building society.soldier786 said:
