iWeb will be the cheapest platform for LS 60 at £80K+ You would have more choice of cost effective platforms if you used ETFs, but that would not be so simple. You would have two funds rather than one.

It's worth mentioning in this thread that iWeb currently have extremely long ISA transfer times with some on the forum reporting that their transfers have been going on for nearly a year now so for the sake of getting the £80k invested in the fund it might be better to go with Interactive Investor as their £120 pa is only 0.15% of the asset value (same as Vanguard Investor's percentage charge) however the II fixed charge wouldn't increase as the investment hopefully grows. We have seen very positive feedback on the II transfer times recently - their service seems much improved since the problems with the TD Waterhouse integration a few years ago. II often run cashback deals for new customers that roughly cover the first year's charges.
The OP could always start a transfer to iWeb after the money has been invested maybe waiting until their transfer times have improved.1 -
