DPD delivered two iPhone 13 to the wrong address - phones are not there

Vodafone cancelled both contracts today, it’s taken us about 9.5h of going to their store and calling them to get to this point. They were unable to send us new phones or to restart the contract, they offered to start a new one over the phone but we declined. So that’s the end of the story.5
