Google Customer Service (Replacement Phone)

Hello you lovely people!

I was hoping to pick some minds about the customer services with Google and Google pixel phones

Long story short my pixel 4xl stopped taking a charge and Google kindly replaced the phone with a reconditioned phone as this was a known common fault with the phone. Sent that back and had the replacement before the week was out( brilliant) but after 6 weeks later it developed new fault (faulty battery and not communicating with the phones cpu) and they have asked me to send it back for another replacement or a free upgrade..that was 3 weeks ago

I keep getting emails saying my ‘concerns’ have not been addressed and sorry it taking so long….

I have proof and they have acknowledged they have received the faulty phone.

Has any one else been experiencing this, I get little to no explanation on what the delay is..

Has any one successfully applied a bit of presumably to them?
