HELP - Is my car insurance info correct?!?!?!?!!

Hello. I was recently involved in a minor car accident where the third party verbally agreed to take liability, but has not yet done so, and when i called them after the accident they said we "could let the insurers handle it", which doesnt fill me with confidence that he's going to take liability. No one was hurt.
When I applied for my car insurance, I ticked my occupation as unemployed due to disability. I don't work due to fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression and ptsd. As these conditions do not seem to be notifiable from what I have read as they don't impact my driving, I have never informed dvla or my insurers. Am I right in thinking that I don’t have to disclose this information ? No further details were requested at the time when i got the insurance.
I should also point out that I am on medication, but none of it explicitly states that I am unable to drive when taking it.
My GP has never told me not to drive, but at the same time, i didnt think to ask, i didnt realise my conditions/meds might be notifiable.
Do car insurers ask disabled customers about meds/conditions after a crash?
I'm so worried i've done something wrong that is going to void my policy and possibly cause a stream of other problems.
Thank you in advance for your help.

You said what you believed to be the truth when you purchased the policy. Your doctor has never questioned you about driving. On that basis I would just let the insurance company get on with things. Don't volunteer any info unless you are asked something very specific and I can't imagine that they would ask about medication at all if all they know is that you don't work. Lots of people don't work, those between jobs, those who are retired and women who are stay at home mom's & SAH dads too!
If you had epilepsy, sleeping sickness etc then these things would effect insurance. So how long after the accident did you inform your insurer, it won't look good if there's a delay.

Insurers advise against admitting liability even when it is obvious who is at fault, and that may well explain why the other driver is no longer saying anything. Allow the insurers to sort things out.

Insurers, or the courts, decide liability not the drivers (if insurance is involved)... whilst most insurers will want to bring the customer along with their decisions/negotiations they are entitled to go against their customer's wishes (normally admitting some level of fault even when the customer is adamant it was all someone else's fault).
For medical conditions, you can check what is notifiable at Check if a health condition affects your driving: Find your condition on the A to Z list - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) - all three of your mental health conditions may be notifiable but its basically your decision if they impact your driving or your doctor's if you arent sure.
Insurers won't routinely ask too many questions at claims stage, though some insurers ask more because they do less checks up front, but exactly what is asked is heavily driven by you and your answers... for example insurers dont typically ask about drink or drug use but if you say the accident happened at 4am on your way back from a party then that may trigger them to ask what you'd consumed at the party.
