"If you don't know where to paste it, click on the windows logo (probably bottom left of the screen) and type WORDPAD (and press enter). That will open Wordpad, so right click on that and select paste."

As I stated above, paste into whichever app you want to use it in, or into an image editing app and save it from there as an image file for later use.castle96 said:"If you don't know where to paste it, click on the windows logo (probably bottom left of the screen) and type WORDPAD (and press enter). On mine: pressing Windows key + PrtScn saves it to screenshots in pictures in file explorer.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.3

^^^ This!
EssexExile has got it correct for Windows 10.
Also, no need to create 'Screenshots' folder, the folder is automatically created the first time you use Win + PrntScrn, it will save as *.png.
Another thing, if you move the Screenshots folder to a completely different location, Windows 10 will still find it.

On a PC, press PrtSc then open a new Word or Paint file and press paste or right click paste.0

On W11 this takes a screenshot of all monitors. Using ALT+Winkey+PrtScn saves a screenshot of the in-focus window to the Xbox Game Bar, whose location for saves is "C:\Users\<UserName>\Videos\Captures".EssexExile said:On mine: pressing Windows key + PrtScn saves it to screenshots in pictures in file explorer.Jenni x0
