I signed up on the 30/9 with vodafone through the link on MSE and haven't received any information at all on how to claim the voucher

"Both are two-year contracts and let you CLAIM (don't forget) a £120 Amazon, Tesco or M&S voucher. If you'd have spent there anyway, factor that in and they're equivalent to £14.50/mth or £16.50/mth.
Service rating: 4.7/10 (OK)."

The voucher issuer seems to change all the time and there doesn't seem to be any indication on the weekly email.

I obviously don't want to lose £120, so what do I do.

When you click through to the Vodafone offer from MSE it takes you via a gift card service (Giftcloud, when I used it). You give Giftcloud your details then carry on to sign up with Vodafone.
After the relevant period (60 days? 90 days?) you get an email from Giftcould with your claim link.

    Hi Phillw,

You'll need to wait for the order to be verified by Giftcloud before you can claim the voucher. You'll receive an email once it is and it'll usually take between 90-120 days. Here's some copy from the T&C's:

It will take between 90 and 120 days after the original purchase date for your purchase to be verified as eligible for a voucher. We strongly recommend letting this 120-day period pass before querying the status of your voucher.

Once verified, details of how to redeem your voucher will be sent to the email address you have provided. You will then have 90 days to redeem it.

If you have not received your voucher 120 days after your purchase date, please contact hello@giftcloud.com with your WEB order reference.

I usually set a calendar reminder so I can be sure to check my inbox or junk folder around that time and query if the 120 days does come and go. Otherwise I'd completely forget!

Many thanks and hope that helps,
    MSE Chris

Thanks. Is the purchase date when I placed the order, when the switch happens, or something else?

    Hi,

It's from when you placed the order and received the email confirmation containing the WEB order reference number.

Thanks. It's a couple of weeks past the 120 days now, so I have emailed them.

Fingers crossed as Vodafone is too expensive to be stuck on for 2 years without the voucher.
