    Yellow lines don't mean no stopping' and can't mean something different on a side road that a driver doesn't even know isn't public highway.

    IAS is about evidence so show the pictures (but not of the sign) and a link to the meaning of double yellows on street, and a link to the old POPLA Annual Report from barrister and Lead Adjudicator, Henry Greenslade (might be the 2013 - Google it) where he talks about what a no-stopping zone must look like with red lines and repeater signs.

    IAS cannot and will not consider mitigating circs.

    IAS notification today - "The Operator conceded this appeal due to Mitigation"
