Happy new year everybody.
I have posted my January update as I need new tires for my car before it’s MOT and I still need to pay my solicitors fees from my divorce so there will be no spare money for a mortgage overpayment later in the month

Just posted my January 2023 update slowly but surly making a dent - not many overpayments this year.. well a lot less than I anticipated and this is largely due to penalty that we would be paying and due to set up of our mortgage however I still feel confident seeing number coming down each month and also interest payment reducing slowly!Thank you @julicorn for organising and managing thisMFiT-T6 #73
