The bf doesn't think our target goal is lofty enough. Can I change my target to £99,999.00 please :)

  • Happy new year everybody.
I have posted my January update as I need new tires for my car before it’s MOT and I still need to pay my solicitors fees from my divorce so there will be no spare money for a mortgage overpayment later in the month :(

I've sent my update through, really pleased with our progress since last year.  At the end of Feb we leave the £30ks for good

  • Just posted my January 2023 update slowly but surly making a dent - not many overpayments this year.. well a lot less than I anticipated and this is largely due to penalty that we would be paying and due to set up of our mortgage however I still feel confident seeing number coming down each month and also interest payment reducing slowly!
Thank you @julicorn for organising and managing this

  • Completed January update ✅
we currently stand at £100,434 - will be slightly higher by 25th due to interest.

@julicorn please can I change our target to £85k? We are doing some work on the house and have changed the OP plan. It’s still a bit of a stretch target but not quite as ambitious as first thought!
