In other news, does anyone else ever feel a bit guilty when they finish a book quickly, knowing how much time it must have taken to write it?

So after being wowed by the speed the last time I made ISA/LISA transfers and vowing not to sit on my hands in the future, I am decidedly underwhelmed this time 🙄! I got all of them barring Chip to Moneybox underway on 31/05 (well, I did this one too, but had to start again so I'll give them a few days' grace) and none have completed yet. They have all confirmed they're on it, but I am excitedly checking the apps and no movement 🤦‍♀️! I need to get a life 😅!

    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

I'm in a sulk with Trading 212 at the moment, as they wouldn't let me pay in £81.22 last night, only £81.00. Think they will be getting the chop if they aren't going to acknowledge the existence of decimal places!

    • The LISA is going from Moneybox 4.30% to Plum 4.75%
So the money has gone from Moneybox, but not yet arrived in Plum 😬 It had better turn up soon, that's over £4/day in interest somewhere in the ether!

Hmmm, Plum have messaged me saying they're waiting on Moneybox to send them some information before the transfer can be completed. Where is my money 😬🤷‍♀️?

Now at 9.10 years to go 😀!
I've just spotted that I'd missed out the minus symbol in front of one of the credit card balances - now 9.17 years to go 🤦‍♀️! Still, ahead of where I was at the start of the month!

(I have now simplified my spreadsheet by only including the net balance owing - hopefully harder to get wrong 🤣!)
