It was extremely painful. Just checked my balance though and I have 40 points, so a lot closer to a payout than I thought 😀 Have also today received payout from the "other" survey company. Much faster than usual - I only had a £2-ish balance built up, rather than the usual £5+ 👍Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed
Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!4 -

Prolific is the one I have the least motivation for - which is frustrating, as it is the most profitable 🤦♀️ I just struggle to keep checking it regularly. So much easier when the others just send them to me!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Ooh, £18 is impressive 😀👍 Right, buckle up....
So the additional ones I do (in decreasing order of usefulness) are:
One Poll
Norstatpanel
YouGov
Y-Live
Cashout is at £20, £10, £50 and £50 respectively.
I also do Consumer Pulse and Shop & Scan, and use Vypr (which is an app). Receipt scanning is dying a death, but Shoppix is still going strong.
Think that's it 🤔?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Another one I like to do is mingle. Has its own app so easy to monitor, you get a couple of points when you're not the right criteria for some surveys which is nice and they have a choice of bank transfer or vouchers 🙂Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.
Starting Mortgage Balance (June 2019) £72,000.
Aiming to be mortgage free by my 40th birthday, June 2026!3 -
Does anyone else look at their to-do lists and think "I don't want to do any of that" 🙁? I am becoming increasingly convinced that being an adult is basically just repeatedly forcing yourself to do things you don't want to do!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Thanks so much for the list of survey companies. That reminds me that back in the day, I didn't qualify for most because I work in market research. Might need to change how I represent my profession in these things. That's one thing that's nice about Prolific as well, they don't care at all about that.3 -
I agree, I'd just pick something at random and be that. That would be quite exciting actually, you could be anything you've ever thought about 😀😀😀 Just need to make sure you remember what you've put, so you don't get screened out 🤣!
P.S. I have got most of the list done now, just cleaning the bathroom to go....🥱 Having a little rest first, though!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
