I was having the same problems as you @ruby_eskimo thanks for the tip about using the computer, it didn't even dawn on me 🤦
I feel as if I've let us all down as I am only #10 buyer of garlic paste, I surprised really as DD uses a huge amount of the stuff, I'd of thought my ranking would have been higher.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

So it's this spring/summer which is the real pinch point. Once I'm past that, I will feel a lot more relaxed 🤞debtfreeoneday said:Haha. I had to go look as well. I’m the number one buyer of veggie roasts in the area!
Mine is v embarassing given i live in a busy part of london am the no 3 buyer of a certain kind of hari** (I would note I have not had any in 2025)

This is all v funny people Sains rankings..DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

We do it every year, it's the highlight of our January 🤣!
Card balances are looking better since the ISA matured and I paid a load off. Still a LOT, but I'm kind of at peace now that I have done as much as I can and what will be will be 🤷♀️Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Muesli (home-made, natch) is not really passing muster as a Friday night "Well done, you made it through the week" Dry January alcohol substitute 🤔 I have just been choking on some oats that had gone down the back of my throat.
I have never choked on Asti.

I’m not sure muesli is a replacement for alcohol… you might have better luck with a ‘nice’ non-alcoholic drink?! Definitely less risk of choking!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

I'm never sure what to have though 🤷♀️? And "alcohol free" drinks offend me by being almost as expensive as the real thing (MSE to the core, me 🤣). It was good for the sweet treat I was after, as it has sultanas in, just a shame about the choking!

I like Nozecco, although I will admit it's quite sweet.3

There’s always fancy hot chocolate SC…though not exactly a cheap option either. What about kombucha? I used to drink that out of a wine glass when I wanted to feel like I was having a drink. I used to be a red wine drinker but never found any of the alcohol free red wines to work, they were always too sweet

Ah, hot chocolate has been culled under the "No UPF" banner, I'm afraid! Shame, as I could really have done with the warmth in the office this last week (I don't like tea or coffee) 🙄 Never really been sure what kombucha is, in my head it's something fermented, but then the only other fermented thing I can think of is sauerkraut, and I know I don't like that 🤔 (and nor is it a liquid)!
I'm not sure it's really a drink that's needed, as I'm not thirsty. It's more a relaxation thing, I think. Anyway, only another 21 days to go and I can at least have a drink at the weekend. Wish all this good living was reflecting on the scales in the meantime though 🤦♀️!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
