Cheery I have 4 hens in a small run which leads to a larger run. I guess I am still ok to let them into the larger run? I didn't hear anything about birdflu here (yet).8

Need to stop coming in here, and get the final bits done. Procrastination central round here today! 😂😂
Definitely having some kind of a treat after this. Then it's straight onto healthy eating and exercise - stood on the scales this morning and I've put on 2 stone in the last 18 months 😮😮 and 4 stone in the last few years 😮 Before anyone says it, yes I know scales aren't the be all and end all, but I can assure you those extra stones are NOT muscle 😂😂 I've been relatively fit and healthy before so I know what it feels like - and this is NOT it. 🙄
But still, priorities. Form, bath, cake (or maybe cake then bath), and THEN sorting my life out 😂8 -
Another one who has put on 2 stone in 2 years

😕 It's hard to do something about it, isn't it? But, for me at least, being this overweight is hard too. Lack of energy, huffing and puffing going upstairs, struggling to bend over properly to tie my shoes, not even wanting to go for a walk because it feels like too much effort.
Not beating myself up here, it's been a tough couple of years, lots of it without a kitchen. More acknowledging that I want to move on from feeling like this now!
Mr Cheery is doing me a final edit while I make some lunch (noodles, peppers, and black beans). Then it's GOING, and we might see if there's space in the cafe for a cake 😁9 -
Well, I don't know how that tooknearly another 3 hours 😮😂 but finally IT'S IN!!! 😁😁😁😁 And we are in the cafe, having stuffed ourselves with cake 😁😁
Gosh I am relieved (although I think for the next few hours I'll be raking through it in my head, convinced I've missed something important).
Right, supplies, then a nice bath 😁15 -

Lockdown has been unkind to my weight too. Like you cheery, I really feel it too and it’s making me uncomfortable. I never really lost the baby weight last time, then lockdown happened when Bambi was 1 and I put on another 1.5st…Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018
