    Welcome back Cheery, You have been missed with your cheery posts and updates. Well done on the scything, not easy work I am sure.  Great stuff regarding your craft room, now you have somewhere to hide and chill if you need to. I'll remind you about the "sewing thread" another time as it looks like you are super busy right now. Shame about your stove it certainly doesn't look as if it was your fault, these companies eh?

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
