    Yeah, veggie jelly is hard to come by, although I think Asda do a powder one now. I'll have to stock up next time I'm near one.

    I never bother with jelly in a trifle - sponge (with ample sherry), fruit (usually frozen due to time of year), custard and cream... solves the veggie jelly issue!
