Section 75 Claim - against Wren & Barclays(card) joint and several liability...

Recently, after 5 months (and it twice being refused\rejected), I had a section 75 claim accepted\upheld via a Barclays(card) FOS | Customer Relations | Advocacy person, (only however after complaints to the CEO and after raising a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman, but interestingly before the FO decision) - stating "I
would like to confirm I do we feel you have a claim under Section 75 of the
Consumer Credit Act against Wren Kitchens. It is clear through their delays and
lack of goods supplied they have not fulfilled their contract causing breaches."
Notwithstanding Barclays(card) cynical turnaround, they actually took the £6000+ transaction when initially due (but after the initial claim was made) and not only refused to refund it but incredibly induced me to spend until I reached the £6000+ Wren transaction value, (WTV) by setting my regular DD payment to zero (until the WTV is reached).
I can not find the 'visa rules' to confirm whether (or if) I was/am due a refund immediately on either the claim, or the 'successful finding' of the Section 75 Claim via Barclays(card). This is notwithstanding that Barclays(card) advised me, after my initial claim was registered with Barclays(card) that, inter alia... "We'll now suspend this transaction so that it's not included in your Barclaycard billing calculations and refund any associated interest or fees, if we haven't already."

Ask for the credit balance to be refunded.
I have no idea why speaking to people/companies is such a difficult concept for some people.1 -
I have communicated with Barclays(card) more than 60 times (email and calls) during this matter - they refuse to address this matter - is it a case of naïve by name and ingenuous by nature?0

I see your point - but saying one thing and doing another seems to be the cynical approach by Barclays(card)...0
