Factory reset the adaptors is where i would start .
  • Apologies but how would I do that.Thank's
  • I just found the following on Google which say's using a paper clip and push it into a hole either on the side or th top but it appears there is no hole I can see.
  • The manual states "To reset the powerline adapter:
Press and hold the Pair button for more than 15 seconds, and then release the button. You will see all
LEDs go off momentarily, and then begin to flash. When the Power LED turn solid, the reset process is
    completed.

Be careful, don’t power off the powerline adapter when it is in reset process."

  • Do I have to do that with both adapters or just the one onnected to the router and does it have to be plugged in as well.Thank's
  • Reset both adapters. They need to be plugged into the mains and powered on. No need for them to be connected to your network.

You must not power off either adapter while it's in the middle of the reset process.
