How much would this extension cost in South West London?

Options
Hi there! I’m looking at a house and they’ve had planning approved for a rear extension and side extension double storey - here are the existing and proposed plans. Does anyone know how much the proposed plans would roughly cost?

Thank you for replying back! wow that much? Even though it’s not central and more towards the SW London/Surrey area?

    Thought around 100k
  • Ohh london but not proper london, still there will be an upward creep of cost.

Have recently got pp & other permissions for a two storey wrap around extension including conversion to three flats on a high st property in Fulham, Getting this far has cost me £27k  ;)

Looking at £180k+ for the actual work, much done by myself  :pe:pensive:

I spent £75k 15 years ago in North Hampshire and did most of the internals myself.

I reckon mclaren is right at £150k+
  • Nice plan, I think it is worth paying for. BTW how much does it cost to do your proposal or you did it yourself?
