Not great with mobiles. I have a Samsung J6a mobile.I have a SD card in it. I moved all 500, odd pictures to SD card 3 times and then deleted pictures. But the new albums were deleted as well. I've spent over an hour on Google but the help there does not help me as possibly they are referring to a different mobile
I can't even find the recycle bin and the camera icon does not give me that option.

Looking aat the mobile it states Samsung J3 - I'm confused as box states J60

Have you tried plugging the phone into a PC with a data cable and/or putting the SD card in a PC? Also, check the 'photos' section of your google account that's linked the phone - photos are often set to auto back up the the google cloud even without you being aware0

phone not linked and have no cable etc - I just about manage to use the mobile phone for pictures etc and just about use my laptop for a-mails, typing and searching the internet.0

When you say "no cable" I'd have thought you will have a cable that goes from your charger to the phone? If so, you can connect the phone to a PC via that but if the prospect of doing this sounds to you like being asked to build the Space Shuttle from scratch and fly it to Venus then .........
........take it to a small independent phone shop - the kind of place found in markets, down back streets, they'll probably sort you out at a reasonable price.0 -
Sorry, I see what you are saying.0

If the photos were moved to the card before being deleted its likely they are still there but marked as space available to be overwritten. Don't take any more pictures. As above ask in a local small phone shop.
