    I've tried to set up a payment from my card reader and it doesn't even get as far as telling me the payment is in a queue - it just logs me out of Nationwide. 

    I did try this twice, just in case the system had logged me out for taking so long, but it logged me out again at the same point. 

    I managed to close a savings account and transfer it to my flex account - even though there was a message saying it could take up to 3 days to do it.

    Now the proceeds are stuck in my flex account.
