O2 Customer Retention-Happy Days!

I was with o2 on their 02 200 tariff (200 mins X network and 50 sms) at £30 per month . As I was out of contract I told them I could get a better deal elsewhere. The nice lady at customer retention offered me 500 X network minutes and 100 sms messages for the REDUCED price of £25. I took this deal which still did not require me to sign up to a new contract but just wish I had done this earlier!
Thanks to this website which prompted me to make this change, save money and get a far better deal. Hope this gives others the incentive to question their phone providers about their offers.

Sounds a good deal depending on if you got a free phone or not?

Are you certain. I could be wrong but alot of companies when they do deals like this sign you up to a further minimum term of 12 months (though some are becoming 18months now) especially if you got another phone from them.
