If you read back through your thread you will find this advice: -
3 January at 5:50PM which will take you to the NEWBIE sticky and thence to the standard defence template which includes a 12 point list of what happens and what you must do and when.

The 12 points are only the first steps and are in the Template Defence thread first post.

Everything else is explained in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.

So they have served their WS and Evidence, as required by the court hearing order which gave a deadline for that 'not later than xx days...'

And you haven't yet? What's the deadline?

    I said back in March:

Sorry was I suppose to cover that 🙈.
As far as the letter I got from the court was that they are waiting for them to pay the fee for this to go have a day in court and once they pay that I will be informed that this is progressive to a date .

But if they have already submitted their WS (which they wouldn't have done unless they had a deadline), then surely you must have (had) the same deadline? Just pray that you're not too late - we've seen WS deadlines which are weeks or months before a hearing date.

Check all court paperwork you've received - both sides - in case the date is there. e.g. The original notice of allocation (to your local court) may mention the deadline.

On your notice of allocation (letter from the court) was there a date by which you and the claimant had to file and serve witness statement and evidence?  There should also be a date by which the claimant should pay the hearing fee.
