Sorry - can you edit your 11.39am post please? At the moment there is so much autocorrect nonsense that it doesn't make sense.

The vehicle owner can never be liable. There is nothing in law to enable that. (Other than law of agency, which never applies in a consumer situation). The vehicle keeper can be liable, provided that the claimant has properly executed their requirements per the PoFA 2012 ... but you should already know this; it's in your defence and WS, and we already know that they failed in this (but seem to have convinced the judge they didn't)..

Can I also ask, if the judge was right is saying most of the information I had was out if date.
He's wrong.  He is out of date.

Sounds like a Judge who thinks:

(a). the Beavis case in 2015 made every private parking charge recoverable - (not true) - and

    (b) every PPC can hold registered keepers liable because the POFA 2012 right to keeper liability is an automatic right in every case (again, not true).

Have you bookmarked that thread I linked and read what I am talking about, and set up email alerts?

Yes, you must pay in full immediately.  You need to avoid a CCJ damaging your credit rating.

Get your revenge with the Public Consultation and stop this happening to others.

If you paid in time then there is no CCJ.

You do NOT want a 'satisfied' CCJ on your record!

A N443 form is not cancellation.

You DO NOT want a 'SATISFIED CCJ' marked on your credit record.
