24/7 Home Rescue - email address - Long Complaint - want to escalate to someone Senior

Hello
24/7 Home Resecue is a huge Company but has only one published email address for contact.
I won't go into the details but my complaint is over 10 emails in length and probably as many telephone calls. Really feel I am being fobbed off and I am about to take it to the Small Claim Court this week if it can't get resolved. From reading the threads on here some people have gone to Court with them and others have had many poor dealings.....does anyone have an email address apart from complaints@247homerescue that they are able to share?

Go on Linkedin and see if you can find the name of senior a person, then go on RocketReach to find the email format, then use this email format in the To email and all kinds of variations in BCC.
i had an issue with Vodafone Mobile last year, could not get anywhere with normal staff, then emailed the Global COO of the relevant department, had a response the next morning and issue was resolved within 24 hours1 -
Have you followed the complaints procedure which allows you to escalate to the Financial Ombudsman?
