As regards your other issues, with respect to your name on the Galaxy Store, that would be a setting in your Samsung account rather than your Google one. I've never left any reviews on there before and I can't see an option to have a different name to be shown. You could just change your name in the account I guess but I'm not sure if that would be within the terms of use.

The notifications lighting up the phone is an odd one. I use Do Not Disturb every night and this stops any notifications lighting up the screen (I have a Samsung S20+). There are options that can override this though, such as "Exceptions" under the Do Not Disturb settings. For example, if any of my favourite contacts calls me then the phone would ring or light up and ping if they text me. See if there is anything set here. There may be some other settings too but I'm not aware of any myself as these are the ones that I use in the main.
