Unscrew the tap lever - there's likely to be a screw you can remove with an Allen key.
If not, try at the back of each of the handles.

As above, the tape lever should unscrew.
Do you know the make/model of the tap?0 -
As above there are two possibilities.
I can't see a plastic cap on the side of the taps so there must be a grub screw inside the tap lever or, more likely in my opinion, on the bottom of the tap opposite the lever.
Use your finger to check for a hole or use a mirror to check the latter. If it is not there then the lever must unscrew to reveal the grub screw.
There is a small possibility that the taps pull off sideways with just a friction fit but that is unlikely.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -

They don't always have removable levers.
They usually have plastic covers that you pry off eith a screw driver then a small screw to hold in the cartridge.
A small screwdriver where the red or blue circle is, is where you pry it off from.0 -
unscrew the little bars then they might come off....0
