I ordered a new TV and paid for it using a gift voucher and £60 complimentary credits awarded for a string of !!!!!! ups made by Amazon. The balance on my credit card. The TV went back but the refund did not include the credits which they listed as promotional. When I complained on their chat line I was passed to three agents and in the end directed to complaints@amazon.co.uk. The reply from this address was it was automated and directed me to their chat line. This is typical snow ball syndrome...kick it about till it goes away

Try emailing jeff@amazon.com, that might get your complaint handled better. If the first reply is a script that doesn't answer your problem, reply saying so. Normally get their attention from that point. Shouldn't have to go through this kind of rigmaroll but you often do have to.0

Hi and thanks for the interest...no they didn’t include the discounts saying they were promotional but they were really compensation for their problems. When I pointed this out the connection was lost and I was transferred a total of 3 times. I’ll let you know what happens with jeff@amazon.com. Happy Xmas1
