I do really like this new design. Much better than Natwest's, but I have to say, who wrote that paragraph about the new design? What a load of garbage.

Prefer these designs to the new NatWest ones that look like a child has designed them.

I ordered a new card and the images come up in the app once my new card was generated

I received a new debit Mastercard and it has the red wall + sea design. Everyone else I know has been sent the beach hut portrait style card which appears on the RBS website. Does anyone know why there are different designs? I know there are different designs for Premier customers and business but neither of those apply to me.
