  • So why aren't some people getting their gift card?  I have done everything according to all the posts on here and still received nothing, and I'm a few days off the 30 days.  It does make you wonder...

Did you receive an email with the subject "It's time to claim your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*" from noreply@optimisemedia.com?

I applied for the card on the 15th of december and the email arrived on the 23rd.

After clicking on the "Claim your gift card" link, I got the voucher about 8 hours later.

If you think that's 'designed to catch people out' you have a very low opinion of people's abilities!!

If everyone applies then it costs them more money to send out an email and have you click a link.

So it seems that they have a low opinion of people's abilities. Otherwise they would just send the email automatically.

And the vouchers that do get issued will probably cost them less than £40 because amazon know that some people will forget to spend them before they expire.

  • I applied on 15th December and now 33 days later I have still not received an email to claim the voucher as outlined above.

Come on MSE please sort this out. I do hope this isn’t an empty promise.....

    Kind regards,

Sounds very conspiracy heavy... The vouchers last for 10 years and if applied to the account, are used against any order you place automatically. These emails are sent out automatically too, nobody would employ someone to send individual emails out when a computer could do 100 at once

I asked Optimise what happens next and was sent this link
    https://omgrefer.com/scc
So you need to allow 30 days from approval of your application before taking it up with Optimise.

  • Thank so much for the link. I have completed the details and will await their reply. Thanks again...
  • I sent a query via this link for my missus & got an instant acknowledgment from optimiser. She now has her voucher. I also sent a query via this link & received no acknowledgment. I have sent it via safari chrome & still nowt in my inbox or junk, so I’m confused 😐 Her email is gmail.com mine is hotmail.com. Help please!
  • Well after getting nowhere with replying to the above link Even though Optimise had received my query via this link, I eventually rang them on +44 1603 697700 & left my mobile number & a message with regards to the missing Amazon reward code & low & behold, I was rung back within 20mins! The operative eventually managed to send me my code via this email   rewards.enquiries@optimisemedia.com   I had contacted them via this email earlier, but only got a reply from a bot.
Hope this helps anyone who is struggling to get their code & if you reply to the Santander email which has you OLA number on it & let them know you have had a problem getting your code(complain), you may be glad you did 🙂
  • Well I applied through mse site and never recieved email from so called optima company??
