ok so I have my form saved in PDF format signed and dated.
I just want to clarify for monday I am to do the below for county court business center
The email in question is correct and there is not region specific email i should use?
    1. Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    2. Just put the claim number (check it very carefully) and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'URGENT RE CLAIM XXXXXXXX - Please find my Defence attached.
There is no need for that question.

The guidance is quite clear. You've even quoted it...

But... and it is a big but... do not overlook all the subsequent points on that list.

E.g. there is no need for any questions about a Directions Questionnaire.

Hey Keith although I appreciate your reply I do feel it was a bit inappropriate.
You may be well versed in this process but the majority of us are not, I personally believe it is better to be cautious, especially when there a massive amount of information spread across multiple posts in multiple locations by multiple people with multiple updates in some cases.

having read a lot of posts from other seeking help, there is a consistent fairly combative nature in some of the replies to people who are unsure and trying to be careful when  they make small mistakes, repetitions or post "unnecessarily".

Again I appreciate the help greatly, but there is a bunch of well established people on here that are a bit foreboding to those unfamiliar with this system which really don't need to be.

But you are asking people to confirm what you have already read.

I'll leave you to it. Good luck.

I was checking if there is a region specific email i should use as I do not know if there is one body or several.
It also feels like if anyone dares to bring it up, the reply is "good luck, with no help"...

(I prepared the following this morning but delayed posting in case a suitable response to the mentioned post made this one redundant).

I would suggest that type of posting (or not) is a two way interaction.

For instance C-m went out of her way yesterday to post:-

    "Good spot, get rid!"

However there has been no acknowledgement, either by way of posting or the thankyou button, that the boss has not wasted her valuable time by her post being ignored, let alone the reason for the use of the paragraph in the first place.

Suitable feedback would have ascertained if any Announcements/Templates needed amending or the OP had been reading out of date posts, and the para has therefore has been removed.

however you will note I thanked the next person for their reply.
Therefore it would be reasonable to presume C-M post was missed rather than maliciously ignored in thanking.
This aside, it is also strange to target me not thanking a message as equivalent to senior members berating people lightly and not so lightly for things that are hardly noteworthy or easily handled by statements such as, "you do not need to duplicate templated content".

In the case of my interaction with Keith, I was essentially told to not ask a question about something I was unsure of, which goes entirely against the ethos of this forum.

Please do keep in mind, just because you are familiar with this content and the workings of this forum, it does not mean everyone is.

Either way, as I have said previously and again now, I appreciate the help greatly, truly thankyou.
But there is a bunch of well established people on here that are a unpleasant to those unfamiliar with this system or overy cautious, when they really don't need to be.

I get the impression that because I raised a minor concern about what I have seen, further help is essentially being withheld by some, I hope I have been reading this all wrong and that my being respectful and neutral means no ill will, but right now I don't know.

the post by KeithP is correct, no need to question established guidance or revered posts , same as we dont question the defence template or its content by coupon mad , KeithP and myself and others try to assist people with stuff that isnt in the sticky threads and provide critique, not confirm what is already there , otherwise its like questioning Newton`s law of gravity ( will an apple fall to the ground ? on earth ? )

you quoted what it says, all we can do is say its correct because if it wasnt it would have been amended, so its like looking at a turkey when david attenborough says its a turkey, and asking if its a turkey

so my reply is to clarify what the volunteer regulars here already know , just accept that its all been honed over 9 years of us being here , nobody is withholding help , he has already given you plenty of help, for free ( he didnt have to, none of us do )

if you stick around and help us over the next 8 years, lets see how you feel about it in 2030

I just had a letter through from "dcb legal"
"Having reviewed the content of your defence; we are writing to inform you that our client intends to
    proceed with the claim.
The Court will direct both parties to file directions questionnaires in due course. In anticipation of that
    we are enclosing a copy.
Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our
client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us
on 0203 434 0433 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence."

this is dated 32 days from my defense reply on the 10th of Jan.
However, A- I only got the letter today and B- The hmrc portal says nothing about a response from them.

should I expect them to do anything there as it said it would be parked if they dont reply?
