Broadband choices vodaphone deal

Signed up for the broadband choices deal recommended here for super fast two for the price of super fast one and £150 voucher, I have been put on super fast one vodaphone can upgrade me however I would lose the voucher, so told me to contact broadband choices who are impossible to contact, any one else has issues.

I can only see a £100 voucher offer for both Superfast 1 and Superfast 2. Can we assume you're property location means you can't support Superfast 1?

I didn't think the vouchers were anything to do with Broadband Choices, ie, they were managed by the ISPs themselves.

Either way, they (BB Choices) can be contacted via email customer.service@broadbandchoices.co.uk or on their social media pages, FB, Twitter etc.

It was a Black Friday offer so not available now, I have emailed and posted on their Facebook page. Says super fast 2 is available for my area. Vodaphone say they will upgrade me and reduce my monthly payment but then the voucher wouldn’t go through as it would be a new contract.
