Without my permission since October 2021 I have been charged numerous £1.50 charges via my Three Mobile Phone Shortcode messages by Tap2Bill.
I have never subscribed to this company and certainly never had anything for my money.
Tap2Bill has been moved around by various companies but at one time I tracked it down to a 01494 number which is High Wycombe number, which is only 5 miles from my home. The address I tracked it to is a residential appartment block in HW.
Had a number of conversations with Three who were totally uninterested in trying to help me and kept saying it was nothing to do with them and I MUST HAVE SUBSCRIBED.
Apparently it is easy to subscribe without knowing you are doing it and the instigator always acknowledges your subscription and gives you 24 hours to cancel!!TOTALY NOT TRUE.
In the end I found a company who said they will give me my money back and it should be returned to my mobile phone account in 10 days. I await with interest.
I have been told that if this doesn't happen to phone Erica on 020812 53903.
I await with interest.

Since wring the above the last missive I got a text from sp2.help.uktelcomsupport.com with a barcode and told to take it to the Post Office for a refund.
Did as instructed and RESULT got my money back!!!
Don't know what the connection is between Tap2Bill and sp2 but it worked0
