How pathetic that they wont give you an apology even now. BUT, I hope that doesn't stop you from being able to leave it all behind you now, and getting on with your new debt free lives.

Please don't disappear on us now that you wont have any debts though - your advice is fantastic and we would miss you too much!

  • I know what you mean about the apology bit. I was 'paid off' earlier this year over a work issue on top of my redundancy. They wouldn't say 'sorry' but instead said 'how about £x to help you on your way'.

It isn't the same as hearing the word, but I guess it is the legal way of saying it.

Don't get too drunk before the concert/nativity tonight - you'll be climbing on stage to sing Oh Little Town of Bethlehem whilst sitting in Jesus' manger!!

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
