  • oh my, i cant type mu hands are shaking so much

you may not remember but ages ago i posted a thread about an offer i had from NHS trust - when i had sam (8 years ago and one month) the hospital cocked up they gave me a c-section when sams head was in the birth canal - i didnt need a csection at all and couldnt get him out when they did he had already gone into the watsits and then he was in SCBu for ages and I was unconscious and at midnight that same night they took my back to threatre as they hadnt sown the inner layers on my womb up properly so i had in effect 2 sections - i was on morphine for days and didnt see sam for 4 days and I rejected him as soon as i saw him and blamed him - stupidly- anyway i came home after 2 weeks and had serve PND - and was advised to see a solicitor nad i did ad after loads of investigating it was found that the man wh operated wasnt qulaified to perform surgery amd wasnt even registered properly on nhs - he was training.

its been a long, long hard battle and they made me an offer ages ago which i refusewd on advice from mu solicitotr anuway they hae made another offer - solicitor just phoned and i have accpeted on advoce from him and it will mean totally debt freeness, mostly mortgage freeness (it isnt that big) and a new car - andy is so chuffeed i think he wants a new golf gti more than anything

Weller honey, that's the best news I've heard all year. I am so totally delighted for you, and hand on heart, it couldn't happen to a more deserving family. Merry Christmas to you all xxxx
