I had an !SA with Vanguard in 2019/20 and 2020/21. In April 2021 I withdrew it all. I thought that meant I had lost this ISA entitlement. However on my account on the vanguard site it says
'You have £79,543.95 remaining of
your 2021/22 ISA allowance'
I have no balance in that account at the moment or any cash. Can anyone explain? Do I still have my previous allowances plus 2021-22? Even so why £79543.95?

If it's a flexible ISA and you withdrew the funds after the start of the 2021/22 tax year, then you have the right to reinstate all that money before the end of this tax year, including this year's £20K.
