EE 120GB Pay As You Go Data SIM Card
Does anyone have any experience with the EE 120GB Pay As You Go Data SIM Card available for £50 from Argos and Amazon.
Can't
find any details of the sim on the EE site. Called EE customer support
yesterday, who not only couldn't provide any information on the sim but
didn't know it was available.
Would like to know if the
sim can receive calls and texts (presumably at an additional cost as
it's data only) to be used in a mobile, if so what are the additional
charges and can I add necessary credit on an ad hoc basis, or do I need to purchase plan?
Presumably Wifi calling would work with this SIM? For example, some other providers don't offer Wifi calling on their PAYG sims.

review from amazon say it support wifi calling.
I assume receiving call & text in UK is free for any SIM.
I have free PAYG sim from other mobile network. I did not top up, it can receive call and text.
Have you got a dual sim phone?
I suggest you use Asda mobile or rwgmobile as your main mobile number, then use EE for data.

@myee11 did you go for this?
Anyone who has, did the SIM stop working after 6 months? Seems from reviews on Amazon that EE know the SIM, if used as designed (data only), will deactivate after 6 months!
I wonder if someone at MSE could ask EE & Argos for a comment.Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!0
