I need to move to a provider for support of a cellular Apple Watch, who has the best plan?

I’m currently with giffgaff and am looking at getting a cellular Apple Watch but it requires an esim plan, which giffgaff sadly don’t support. Does anyone here please know which providers offer esim support and what’s a good deal?

I’m currently on the £10/m deal at giffgaff which is:

+1 GB on reserve

Unlimited calls and texts
