Look for this:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

My signature says where it is, under every post I make.
It's hard for us to understand how people coming to the forum don't see the top threads but it's usually because people are on a phone.

In defence of the OP I also ran into problems locating the newbies thread, even when viewing this website on a laptop. Even though the thread is a sticky it doesn't always appear at the top of the first page.

Mine too! Haha! And I wrote the thread.
I've had this problem since early 2020. Do you know what caused it? I do.
It was the new forum updates that mean if you are reading a thread and you hit 'Dismiss' it means you can never see it on the thread list again. Daft.
I have to go via Crabman's forum sticky to see my own NEWBIES thread...
No idea how to ever reinstate a 'dismissed' thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Mine currently looks like this...
Notice that there are only three Announcements showing.
That is because in the early days of this forum software, experimentation led me to click on that cog-like symbol to the left of the thread title. If like me, anyone is daft enough to click on that and then click on the resultant 'Dismiss' then that thread loses its 'stickiness' and gradually drops down the forum. This means for me, the NEWBIES thread is currently on page 218 and sinking - I have it bookmarked so can find it easily.
Now, can you believe it, clicking on 'Dismiss' is not undoable. Crazy, but that's the functionality that MSE have bought into.3 -
