This is the response I got to my appeal, so do I ignore from this point on?
    No.

Have you read other similar threads as it seems like you are only asking questions here and not reading and learning from the forum full of threads like yours. Staying on your own thread is not how to best use this massive resource of a forum.

You should have a laugh and a punt at the kangaroo court they offered.

You will have read about the IAS when you read other UKCPS threads.

No templates.  Write it yourself and upload evidence and quote the grace periods section of the IPC CoP and point out that there is no clear entrance sign and also that no images show the car on any double red lines so it can't be a 'no stopping zone' without clearway style markings.

I have read other threads and the faq..

DON'T TRY IAS & PLEASE DON'T POST ASKING FOR YOUR 'NEXT STEP'. NONE, TILL COURT

so I assumed I ignore now until I get a court letter, also UKCPS have made it impossible to contact them, they also state on the letter they won’t enter further correspondence unless from the IAS.
Advice has flexed slightly on that. The faq is not easy to edit, only @Coupon-mad can do edits, but each time it has to be unlocked, then further locked by actual MSE staff. Edits are usually carried out when there are sufficient numbers of them to input.

In certain circumstances, where there appears to be decent evidence, we now say it might be worth a punt to the standard IAS.  Often the PPC withdraws because once the evidence is submitted, they have to rebut it, which takes time and brainpower, both of which might be low in abundance!  Where PPCs give up at that stage, the motorist wins.

    Up to you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yep we've changed in recent months to saying try IAS for the laugh and to look reasonable, and because 20% of PPCs drop out if you provide robust evidence, as I described.

I don't often edit the NEWBIES thread and am waiting till the new year when everything will change due to Government regulation. Any small edits of the advice can wait till then!

But don't let the 21 days time out to throw it at the IAS in the hope UKCPS give up.

Thanks, keeping eye on the time as well for the free appeal window.
