Stopping Charge - UKCPS

Hi,
Hope you are well..
I received a parking ticket in the post after briefly stopping on private land as I was delivering food (Ubereats driver), I had delivered here several months before but upon arriving on site I noticed some fresh signs suggesting if you stop you pay £100, I stopped before entering and called the customer through the app, he advised me I was too far away and to proceed forward where he was waiting, (for what it’s worth it was dark and it had been snowing), I did question the signage and he said not to worry you “usually” get away with it.
i appealed on the website and it got rejected.
is this my own fault do I just pay?
Hope you are well..

Normally you only pay if a judge says so , in court
Was it Gateway house , Piccadilly , Manchester ?
Ps , he wouldn't know if people get away with it !! We see many on here who get caught in the trap

It was royal armouries in leeds, was delivering to the boulevard which I believe is residential flats. You drive past a multi storey paid car park entrance near holiday inn, you then proceed onto a one way system that follows round to exit and that’s where it states not to stop. I saw it coming but I feel it’s unfair I didn’t inconvenience anybody and I was delivering food in poor weather conditions.
i explained this all in my appeal with evidence of the delivery job and even the reward for delivery was £3.90, I offered them the £3.90 lol.1 -
Unfair doesn't cut it in the world of private parking
The Jopson case covers loading and unloading , including delivering
But this wont disappear for up to 6 years !! So I would not pay , I would defend it in court citing the Jopson case2 -
Of course you don't pay UKCPS for this predatory chancer of a 'fine' in the dark for delivering food to a resident!
Keep all the letters and come back next year, if you get a letter of claim.
UKCPS are a tin pot ex-clamper firm who used to have an HQ in an outbuilding round the back of a Leeds pub. They are not known for suing people, would lose if you came here and defended it well, and are simply not worthy of this silly amount of good people's money.
Honestly, we know what we are doing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How did you get on with your complaint to the landowner?
Whilst previous advice was not to appeal to the IAS, we have seen a few wins. I suggest you try the standard free to use IAS appeal if the landowner cancellation is not forthcoming. There is no template but hopefully you will have read the Jopson vs Homeguard case where the judge stated that picking up/dropping off is not parking, so you can include that in addition to all the other standard appeal points.
Do not under any circumstances use the paid for IAS appeal service.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -

Do not under any circumstances use the paid for IAS appeal service.I haven’t contacted the landlord, where would I find the details to contact them?
Lastly this was a charge for stopping the vehicle not parking so could it be deemed different to the case mentioned.0 -
Just filled out the contact me page on leeds dock website..
hopefully they’ll respond0 -

Have you read other similar threads as it seems like you are only asking questions here and not reading and learning from the forum full of threads like yours. Staying on your own thread is not how to best use this massive resource of a forum. You should have a laugh and a punt at the kangaroo court they offered.
You will have read about the IAS when you read other UKCPS threads.
No templates. Write it yourself and upload evidence and quote the grace periods section of the IPC CoP and point out that there is no clear entrance sign and also that no images show the car on any double red lines so it can't be a 'no stopping zone' without clearway style markings.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

DON'T TRY IAS & PLEASE DON'T POST ASKING FOR YOUR 'NEXT STEP'. NONE, TILL COURT
so I assumed I ignore now until I get a court letter, also UKCPS have made it impossible to contact them, they also state on the letter they won’t enter further correspondence unless from the IAS.0
