Lebara Unlimited calls to any number

My wife and I recently took out MSE's Lebara sim deal Unlimited mins / texts / 3g data, half price for the first 6 months. I wanted to ditch the cost of calls we were paying BT, especially as the minimum is now 700 minutes @ £7.31 so Lebara seemed like a no brainer.
I am now somewhat confused as to what the unlimited mins can be used for. I called Lebara to see if 0845 was included and was informed that they were not, also 0333 / 800 / 0870 and also calls to ANY business. I asked about a business which has a number starting 01254 and they said that wasn't included either, however the website shows calls to 01 / 02 are included.
I am sure this can't be the case with all networks as a lot of people these days don't have a landline phone and use a mobile for everything
Any insight would be most useful

I called Lebara again and asked about the 01254 business number and they said it would be charged however as I have no additional credit available only the bundled minutes I should get a message "insufficient credit" if I call such that I won't get a surprise. I called the number and all went through as normal so it was included. I have also looked at other numbers I have called which included business's so maybe its not as bad as first thought.
Just need to find alternative to 0845 etc , I recall a website that listed alternative numbers saynoto0870

It is my understanding numbers begining 01,02 and 03 are included in your minutes.
Numbers begining 084 or 087 are not included however you can use services such as http://www.weq4u.co.uk/ to get around it as they dial an 01,02 or 03 number first (which is included in your minute allowance)0
