    You can email it to the court and to the claimants solicitors .

    Ideally the photos / videos should be as close to the time of the alleged breach as possible. You should provide a date stamp to demonstrate to the judge when they were taken. Remember at a hearing it is the claimants solicitors that have to prove their case. Any photos you have access to (including Google Streetview) can be used to undermine their claim that signage was adequate to form a contract.

    You could post a suitably redacted copy of your WS on this forum for comment before you submit it.

    A heads-up  -  the above examples are claimants who are BPA AoS members  -  yours is IPC AoS and should therefore use/quote the relevant version of the IPC CoP.
