I suggest you go back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence.
Item 6 on that list was...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.
Items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on that list are now worthy of your attention.2 -
Thank you KeithP. Much appreciated0

Hello KeithP
Sorry if I disappointed you.
Your advice and comments are always important to me. I did read the points as per your instructions on the last thread but got distracted due to some personal issues but when I received the form in post yesterday I thought I would refresh the points and familiarise myself but for some reason I was unable to locate those points on the thread hence I asked for an advice.
Could you point me to the correct link please as when I click the previous link it takes me to a different thread.
Thank you again for your continued support0 -
You know where it is. It's the list you were following earlier.Khas said:Could you point me to the correct link please as when I click the previous link it takes me to a different thread.
Even it you can't find it, I have just quoted all the bits of that list which answers both the questions you asked this evening.3 -

Hello Guys
Need some advice please
I have prepared my WS to submit to the court and claimant as my hearing is end of this month.
Firstly can I email it to the court or do I need to send a copy via post please
Also for the exhibits can I use the photos and video of the site I took today or does it have to be from the past as there was no signage on the poles as claimed by the claimant except one at the end of the car park please.
Thanks in advance for your continued support.
Kind Regards0
