If self testing is allowed and you have test kits with you, Klarity.com offer a certificate from your own tests, prices start at £9.99. It involves administering the test yourself and uploading ID and a picture of your cartridge result. Very true. In extreme circumstances you could use the tests and then immediately buy new tests from chromonic/ Qured etc to replace the NHS ones you have used.
