Perhaps it was the whereabouts and the transactional data from the source/senders side that’s flagged (I.e TSB are trying to prevent you from coming to any financial harm)?

Santander said there all happy and checked over but can’t unblock untill they hear from tsb, tsb now are taking the mick, waited 7 days for them to ask for proof of a statement from Kevin , I don’t know a kevin, so went into branch, after a hour and half and branch staff happy they seen everything they even called there own fraud department atrocious and slow and helped me put in a complaint,and now have 5 more days to wait again from tsb

*** the own fraud department seemed to admit the kevin thing was a mistake and they didn’t require it as it simply didn’t exist
