Santander said there all happy and checked over but can’t unblock untill they hear from tsb, tsb now are taking the mick, waited 7 days for them to ask for proof of a statement from Kevin , I don’t know a kevin, so went into branch, after a hour and half and branch staff happy they seen everything they even called there own fraud department atrocious and slow and helped me put in a complaint,and now have 5 more days to wait again from tsbMrFrugalFever said:
