Just done a cifas sar it’s come back clean apart from these, would there be anything to worry about or is that a genuine check from the bank?

It'll be a genuine check by Santander as it states the question is what triggered them doing the checks? Is it because you applied for a loan? Or someone else applied for loan in your name?
May help if you explain why you're doing the DSAR request in the first place.0 -

I would imagine the multiple applications and bank accounts with Fineco, Starling, Nationwide, Santander and TSB + trying to withdraw money from your parents PayPal account to your debit card isn’t likely to be working in your favour. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing2 -

Theres no reason for a bank to flag an incoming payment from eBay. Mine certainly didn't when I moved to managed payments0 -
