you can get a box with a combination lock on it (before the event) so that is one solution.

We moved in Jan. We all isolated the week before moving, kids were off school and teens took time off work, as did I, hubby worked from home. All worked out.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉0

Everyone seems to be focussing on the sellers/buyers getting Covid. You also need to think what happens if you solicitor is suddenly hospitalised due to Covid and hence cannot act for you on moving day - are other people available to cover.
Or if your removal men are struck down with Covid and cannot move you, I suspect the way things are at the moment there wouldn't be other replacements available.
Really do think seriously about getting a Covid rider added to everyone's contracts. Hopefully not needed but you just never know.2
