Please provide us with the Date of Issue shown on the court claim form and the date you submitted your AOS. Then regular contributor @KeithP will be along to guide you on deadline dates and the actions you need to take to keep the process going in the right direction. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can start your defence right away - no need to wait. Check out the template defence from the NEWBIES and compose your versions of points 2 and 3.Jenni x3

Thanks very much. With a Claim Issue Date of 25th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 29th December 2021 to file your Defence.
That's nearly three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.4 -
Thank you so much for all the support. Will do the defence now xxx1

Please only show us the parts of the defence template you have changed. We will be checking your work, not Coupon-mad's.
It would help if you could give us some background such as the type of car park (pay and display, hospital, residential, retail park), location of the car park, reason for getting the PCN, what did the keeper do about it, what happened when the keeper complained to the landowner, and anything else that will help us to help you.I married my cousin. Hi all. After filing my defence and thinking that this is the end of this horrible episode, I have now received a notice of intention to proceed from BWLegal about this CCJ. I have not received the DQ N180 form as of yet so should I wait for that? I have however contacted the owner of the pub carpark who is willing to write me a witness statement in my defence. I wasn't able to start this before escalation due to lockdown. Please note that the car is a motability car and the carpark is poorly lit at night and the reason for the fine was that I did not register the car in the pub machine, which I wasn't told to do by any of the staff serving us. We used to go to this pub and there was no parking restrictions then so we weren't aware that there were new rules like that.0

Please go back to the court section of the NEWBIES FAQ and the court guide post that is linked, and look at the 12 numbered steps - it tells you the full process.Jenni x2
